Common questions

I can't find the email. It comes from books@rosaferrandi.com with the subject "Your copy of Never Pay a Tailor Again". Check your spam or promotions folder, then use the form above.

The download doesn't start on my phone. Try again over Wi-Fi. The book is about 11 MB. On an iPhone, the file appears in the Files app under Downloads, and you can move it to Books.

The toolkit prints too small or too big. Print the separate toolkit PDF at "Actual size" (100 percent) on US Letter paper. On A4, choose "Fit to page".

I'd like a refund. Within 7 days of buying, write to us with the form above, from the email you paid with, and we'll refund you in full. No reason needed.

I paid but saw no download page. Your links are emailed as soon as the payment is confirmed. Some payment methods take a little longer to clear.
