2. What is sold

The ebook Never Pay a Tailor Again: Make your jeans, pants, skirts and tops fit like they were made for you, at your kitchen table, by Rosa Ferrandi, supplied as two PDF files: the book (319 pages) and its printable toolkit (21 pages) (together, the "ebook"). Its contents are described on the product page. It's digital content supplied without a physical medium.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown in US dollars on the product page and on the checkout page, and includes any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe, by card or another payment method Stripe offers in your country. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. That fee is outside the seller's control.

4. Order and delivery

The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. The ebook is delivered immediately afterwards through personal download links shown on screen and sent to the email address you gave at checkout. You can use those links up to 25 times in total. If you need them again, use the help page.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that isn't supplied on a physical medium, this right doesn't apply once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, implementing Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

At checkout you're asked to confirm that you want immediate access to the ebook and that you acknowledge losing your legal right of withdrawal. The purchase can't be completed without that confirmation, and it's repeated in your confirmation email. This doesn't affect the money-back guarantee in section 6.

6. 7-day money-back guarantee

In addition to your legal rights, the seller offers a commercial guarantee: if the ebook isn't what you needed, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and you'll be refunded in full, with no reason required. Write to us through the help page, or reply to your download email, from the email address you used at checkout. The refund is made to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Once the refund is made, your download links stop working, and you agree to delete any copies of the files.

7. If a file doesn't work

This doesn't affect your legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. If a file doesn't arrive, is damaged or won't open, write to us through the help page. We'll supply a working copy and, if we can't, refund you.

8. Your license

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to read the ebook and to print it, in whole or in part, for your own use. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the files or the download links.

9. About the information in the ebook

The ebook is a practical sewing and alteration guide. Results depend on the garment, the fabric and your own work. Try any technique on something you don't mind losing before you work on a garment you value, as the ebook itself recommends. Prices quoted in the ebook are ranges from published guides, dated when they were checked, and change over time. Time estimates are the author's estimates, not guarantees.

10. Liability

The seller is responsible for supplying the ebook as described. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Before any other step, please contact us at support@rosaferrandi.com. We'll try to resolve any problem quickly.
